How can artists and arts organizations take advantage of social networking, Twitter, Flikr, Mogulus, texting, blogs, digital radio, Miro and the next new thing? What policies need to be put in place to protect these new platforms? Innovative communication techniques are proliferating at a rapid rate and there is opportunity in the future media environment for creative work and deeper levels of message penetration.
