Conference Location
Eden Roc Hotel » map4525 Collins Avenue
Miami Beach, FL 33140
We are now sold out of rooms at the Eden Roc at the conference rate. You still may be able to get lodging there at the standard rates, depending on what nights you require.
Because Miami Beach is a resort destination, rather than a business hotel area, we are not providing back up hotel recommendations . There is a great range of lodging options with varying prices and amenities. We suggest that conference attendees be better served to use Orbitz or Travelocity or your own travel agent to find lodging that meets your expectations and budgets.
Guest Fee
Guest fees are $100. The guest fee permits an individual accompanying a conference registrant to attend these social events:
- Sunday opening reception
- Monday night dine-arounds
- Tuesday night party at the Wolfsonian Museum in South Beach
Guests are also welcome to participate in no-host Monday evening Dine-Arounds.
Please note that conference plenary sessions and meals, breakout sessions, and roundtables not open to guests.

A Brief Word on Fundraising Ethics
To preserve the capacity for open discussion, all attendees must refrain from fundraising or solicitation. Organizations that solicit funds are expected to be represented only by individuals whose roles involve programming and/or policy, and not by fundraising or development staff.
