Kenneth Prewitt Keynote
Kenneth Prewitt was recently appointed Dean of the Graduate Faculty of Political and Social Science at the New School for Social Research in New York City, following a highly publicized stint as the director of the United States Census Bureau for the 2000 Census. Prewitt's first-hand insights on the thinking that led to the distinctive characteristics of this millennium census and his observations on the social and economic trends that were identified and measured provide a fascinating overview of the shape and composition of our communities as they are today and as they will become in the near future.
