Paul Sznewajs to Head the Chicago Arts Learning Initiative
(4-1-2011) Today, Chicago Arts Learning Initiative announced the appointment of Paul Sznewajs, founder and former executive director of Snow City Arts, to lead the next phase of the initiative. CALI will be relaunched as Ingenuity Incorporated, an arts education service organization that provides infrastructure and support to assist Chicago's public schools, arts organizations, and policy makers.
CALI investors, who share a collective vision of ensuring all Chicago Public School students have access to innovative and engaging arts education both in and outside the classroom, include The Boeing Corporation, The Chicago Community Trust, Crown Family Philanthropies, Elizabeth Morse Charitable Trust, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Lloyd A. Fry Foundation, Polk Bros. Foundation, and The Pritzker Traubert Family Foundation.
