Relations is the product of an exhibition of the same name at the Institute of American Indian Arts Museum in Santa Fe, NM. Because not much has been written on indigenous art by indigenous peoples, the RELATIONS project was created to serve as a forum for indigenous artists, intellectuals, and writers to share their experience and identity, as well as their thoughts and hopes for the future.
